Xv70 Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using the xv70 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below. These terms apply to all xv70 platform users in Malaysia.
These Terms & Conditions take effect from January 1, 2026. xv70 reserves the right to update this document at any time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the xv70 platform (website, mobile app, or related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and xv70 ("Platform," "We," or "Company"). This agreement is subject to applicable Malaysian law.
Users must be at least 18 years old to use the xv70 platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. xv70 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account on xv70. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts without notice. Information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up-to-date. Users are responsible for updating their personal information if any changes occur.
Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. xv70 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your own negligence. You must notify xv70 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
User Responsibilities
- Do not use the platform for any activities that are illegal under Malaysian law.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ systems, databases, or accounts without permission.
- Do not distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code through the platform.
- No fraud, manipulation, or any act that may affect platform integrity.
- Do not use automated tools, bots, or third-party software to exploit the platform’s system.
- Comply with all gaming rules and bonus policies set by xv70.
3. Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the xv70 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). xv70 accepts deposits through various local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks. Foreign currency payments are not accepted directly.
Deposit Terms
- All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the same name as the user. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Xv70 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership before processing withdrawals.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the payment method selected and the platform’s current policy.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals can only be made to bank or e-wallet accounts registered under the same user name.
- Withdrawals are subject to successful identity verification before processing.
- Bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash.
- Xv70 reserves the right to withhold or cancel withdrawals if there are signs of fraud or terms violations.
Any transaction disputes must be reported to xv70 support within 30 days from the transaction date.
4. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
Reasons for Account Suspension or Closure
Xv70 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Users found to have violated any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Users engaged in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
- Users registering multiple accounts to exploit promotions or bonuses.
- Users provide false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- Accounts inactive for over 12 consecutive months.
- Account closure at the user’s own request.
Consequences of Account Closure
If an account is closed due to terms violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited. For voluntary closure by users, the cash balance (excluding bonuses not meeting rollover requirements) will be refunded via the original payment method within the timeframe specified by xv70.
5. Limitations of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Limitations of Liability
Xv70 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from game outcomes, technical service interruptions, or third-party actions.
The xv70 platform is provided "as is" without any guarantee that services will always be available without interruption. xv70 reserves the right to suspend or temporarily halt services for system maintenance at any time.
Intellectual Property
All content on the xv70 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code, is the exclusive property of xv70 or our licensors. You are not allowed to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written permission from xv70.
Third-Party Links
If the xv70 platform contains links to third-party websites, these are provided for convenience only. xv70 has no control over third-party content and is not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Xv70 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly for changes. Continued use of the xv70 platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
Xv70 will make efforts to notify users of significant changes via in-platform notices or registered email. However, users are advised not to rely solely on such notifications and should regularly review the latest terms themselves.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms should first be resolved through amicable discussions between the user and xv70. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the relevant Malaysian courts.
If any provision in these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be severed from the agreement without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.
